Abstract

Costa Rica trip, 2008. We were here for two weeks from the end of April through the beginning of May. We will be moving back here at some point because it was awesome.

Jamie took all of these except the first one. It's just a sampling because she took 600 pictures, no lie.

"The" waterfall, with Jamie rapelling down the middle. I'm in a pool below taking this with a Kodak waterproof disposable.   This is a view through from our balcony to the ocean. Hammocks are all over the place.   I ate a ton of Pinto and Cosados here. Cheap.

A flower from the yard of our hotel. Jamie likes flowers.   Me. Reading. It is an illusion.   Fire station in Panama. They have one truck.

A palm tree. Go figure.   A store for tourists. We didn't go in here.   The waterfall again, another rappel shot.

Waterfall taken with Jamie's good camera the second time we came here.   Fruit stand. The old guy is sleeping somewhere.   Beach sans boat.

Kids like water too.   Beach with boat.   I don't remember this place at all.

Ah, us. in Monzanillo, south of where we stayed. Nice beaches there.   Jamie was showing off her 8000x lens. We were on the other side of the planet when she took this.   More Monzanillo. I don't know the proper spelling of the place.

Cahita, spelling wrong again. National park + beach = nice.   Cool tree.   Lizards were everywhere. These little guys are really loud.

Kissing monkeys... ah cute. Except when one of the bastards throws an avacodo on your sunburnt shoulder from 50 feet in the air.   Parrots. Again, go figure.   More flowers. As stated before, Jamie likes them.

Indian hut. Actually, a store.
